Acted as “main contractor” for Metro Emlak Yönetim A.Ş.-the employer- Cenk Demir Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. started the Real Shopping Center construction in 1998 on turn-key project basis and completed it in 2000.

This project covered a total land area of 50,000 sqm.

İnside the building apart from real Hypermarket there is a large scale shopping area, non-food retail shops and storage facilities for market’s foodstuff.

Single-storey and partly two-storey multi-purpose stores and retail stores are located in the building.

Mechanical and electrical systems of the building is operatively automated.
