CENK DEMİR SANAYİ VE TİCARET AŞ is the managing partner with Romanian Government for the Build Operate Transfer Agreement, for the investment of worth 1 billion usd over the land of 91,947 m2 in the city center of Bucharest.

Dambovita Project, also called “Casa Radio “ is being constructed in the most central and popular location. Easy access to public transportation makes the project a seperate attraction.
